Our Technology   IntraMicron’s proprietary technology offers significant benefits compared to other existing technology. Our microfibrous materials technology is capable of entrapping most known sorbents and catalysts in a performance-enhancing matrix of sintered (mechanically welded) metal wires. This new structure of matter is the subject of five issued U.S. patents and numerous foreign counterparts. Approximately $15 million of federal government research and development has funded and validated microfibrous materials technology over the past 15 years.
